How to Place Your La Suzy Mat on the Bed Lay It Flat: Simply place La Suzy directly on top of your fitted sheet in the area where you sleep. It is recommended to place it a little bit under your pillow to give extra support. Position It Under Your Hips: Align the mat so that it covers the area where leaks are most likely to occur, typically under your hips and lower back. Use It As-Is: La Suzy is designed to stay in place without any extra tucking or adjustments. Just lay it down, and you’re good to go! Extra Tips: ✔ If you tend to move a lot at night, ensure the mat is centred under you for full coverage. ✔ Keep an extra La Suzy mat nearby for quick changes, especially on heavier flow nights.

It's really easy to look after your La Suzy Mat: Machine wash at 40degC on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Too much detergent might affect the stiffness of the mat Air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners to maintain its absorbency and quality. Do not iron.
