We’re Pam and Edward, a husband-and-wife duo on a mission to make periods stress-free, sustainable, and mess-free. As parents to our wonderful 4-year-old daughter, we understand the importance of comfort, ease, and eco-friendly choices in everyday life.
The Story Behind La Suzy
La Suzy was born out of frustration—frustration with waking up to stained sheets, endless laundry, and the constant worry of period leaks every single month. We knew there had to be a better way, something that was reliable, reusable, and kind to both people and the planet. That’s when we created La Suzy, a simple yet effective solution that allows you to rest easy during your period without the stress of ruined bedding. As a chemical engineer, I apply my expertise in materials science to ensure La Suzy’s products are made with high-performance, sustainable materials. From optimizing absorption technology to maximizing durability and comfort, my technical background drives innovation and quality. This commitment to engineering excellence is central to La Suzy’s brand, ensuring we deliver effective, eco-friendly solutions for our customers.
My husband, Edward, who is the Chair of the Board of Trustees at CPRE (Campaign to Protect Rural England), brings a strong commitment to environmental advocacy, and his values deeply influence the heart of La Suzy.
